Oct 2009 - We are proud to announce our customer Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia (BKRM) reported for the first nine months ended September 30, 2009 the rate of non-performing loans (NPLs) was brought down to 1.2 per cent from 1.9 per cent previously, reflected by the bank's prudent lending policies, strong credit management and a proactive credit recovery process.

May 26, 2009 - Telekom Malaysia required their outbound call centre running Aspect Predictive Dialing System (PDS) to be integrated with their Customer Retention & Collection System (CRC). The CRC system was developed by Juris Technologies to track delinquent customers and to carry out customer retention and anti-attrition initiatives.
